"She Is Changed Forever OMG"
"Before Catch-N-Shoot, my daughter was hesitant and second-guessing herself on the court. After just a few sessions, she’s playing with confidence, calling for the ball, and actually believing in herself. Coach Bowe and Coach Sam really know how to bring the best out of these girls.
— Parent of 13-year-old athlete

"I'm So Excited"
This isn’t just training… it’s development.”
We’ve done other programs before, but this is different. They actually teach the game, break things down, and make sure the girls understand what they’re doing. My daughter’s footwork, ball handling, and confidence have all improved.
— Basketball Parent

"Highly recommend this"
“They actually care—and it shows.”
You can tell right away this isn’t just about money. The coaches are locked in, paying attention, correcting mistakes, and encouraging the girls every step of the way. My daughter looks forward to every session.
— Parent of 11-year-old player

A parent who watched our entire season breaks down in this letter To the AD the transformation she saw firsthand in the growth of the team.

Loves basketball or is curious about learning, but needs more confidence.
Feels nervous making mistakes and would benefit from encouragement instead of criticism.
Has potential but lacks confidence when playing or trying new skills.
Wants to improve fundamentals without feeling rushed or judged.
Does better in smaller, supportive environments rather than loud, high-pressure gyms.
Is developing her confidence both on and off the court.
Responds best to positive reinforcement, structure, and clear guidance.
Would benefit from a girls-only space designed to help her feel comfortable, capable, and supported.
Buid Confidence on and off the court.
Compete in a positive and focused environment
Yes—and this is a big one.
We keep our training lean and intentionally small so every athlete gets real coaching—not just put through drills.
We also make sure we have enough coaches on the floor based on group size, so your daughter gets hands-on instruction, corrections, and feedback every session.
No overcrowded gyms. No getting lost in the mix.
Both.
We work with girls at all levels—from beginners who are just learning the game to experienced players looking to sharpen their skills.
Every athlete is coached based on where they are and where they’re trying to go.
Most programs focus on running drills and playing games.
We focus on real development:
• Skill building that translates into games
• Confidence and mindset training
• Teaching WHY—not just WHAT to do
A lot of programs are unstructured or focus only on top players
We make sure every girl gets developed.
Confidence doesn’t come from yelling or pressure—it comes from preparation and belief.
We build confidence by:
• Teaching skills step-by-step so players feel in control
• Encouraging effort, not just results
• Pushing them past self-doubt in a positive way
The goal is for your daughter to walk on the court believing in herself—not second-guessing.
Perfect—that’s exactly who we help the most.
A lot of girls come in unsure, quiet, or hesitant.
We meet them where they are and build them up over time.
No pressure. No embarrassment. Just growth.
We challenge players—but we don’t break them.
Our environment is:
• Structured
• Encouraging
• Focused on growth
We push athletes to improve, but never in a way that makes them feel defeated or discouraged.
That balance is important—because too much pressure is one reason kids quit sports early
Development—every time.
Winning comes from development, not the other way around.
We focus on:
• Skills
• Confidence
• Game understanding
Because that’s what actually helps players improve long-term.
Consistency is everything.
We recommend at least 1–2 sessions per week, plus practice on their own.
The players who improve the fastest are the ones who:
• Show up consistently
• Stay engaged
• Put in effort outside of training
This goes beyond basketball.
Your daughter will develop:
• Confidence
• Discipline
• Work ethic
• Leadership
• Resilience
Youth sports done right help build these traits—not just athletic ability
Simple.
If you want your daughter to:
• Build confidence
• Improve her skills
• Be coached—not overlooked
• Grow on and off the court
Then this is the right place.
If you’re just looking for somewhere to “keep her busy”…
this probably isn’t it.
